The 9th Annual International Leadership Conference in Vancouver B.C.drew nearly 900 participants from around the world. My first book which I co-authored with some incredible humans and gifted leaders, entitled Leadership Moments, reveals a dark side or an engaging look into my journey toward wholeness in finding true meaning and purpose in life and the winding path of an emerging leader. My story tells of a misdirected search for happiness which took me far from reality. My chapter is a small thumbnail of the inner work required to strip away the ego, remain humble and compassionate, and serve society in uncharted territory as a leader without fear. Peter has been busy cultivating a deeper awareness and again is being called out to educate on positive and social transformation. As Ghandi said..."You must be the change you want to see in the world". If there are enough people committed to positive personal transformation and they connected with each other to reach a critical mass, we could heal the world by healing ourselves.
